Thank you for shopping with Littleheart. We take pride in crafting beautiful, high-quality jewellery, and we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our return and exchange policy is outlined below:
Returns

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. Within this window, you may initiate a return request using the link provided above. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by original packaging, labels, and any freebies received.
Exchanges
In case your item is defective, damaged, or not as expected, we offer an exchange for the same or any other product from our website.

Our exchange window is also open for 7 days from the date of delivery. Processing time may vary based on your location.
Return Shipping
We arrange reverse pickup from the original delivery address. After 7 days, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. All returns must meet the following criteria:

Product must be unused and in original condition

Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be included

Freebies or gifts must be returned along with the product
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection.

Prepaid orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking) within 3–5 working days.

Cash on Delivery (COD): We’ll request your bank details and process the refund via bank transfer.

Non-refundable charges: COD charges and shipping fees (if any) are not refundable.
Mandatory Evidence for Returns/Exchanges
For any damaged, defective, missing, or wrong product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a 360° unboxing video (clearly showing the unopened package, product damage/mismatch, and labels).
Please ensure:

Video is clear and highlights issues in zoom

Labels/tags are visible and intact

Tampered packaging or unclear evidence may void your claim

Additional Guidelines

Requests made after 48 hours for wrong/damaged products may not be accepted

Return/exchange requests must be made at order level, not per product

If items claimed to be returned are missing from the pickup, we may deduct up to the full MRP of the missing item from the refund

Return requests require the customer to be available during pickup. If reverse pickup fails due to unavailability, the request must be re-initiated

In case of non-serviceable pin codes, you may be asked to ship via India Post or another courier. You will be reimbursed up to ₹70 for return shipping
Non-Returnable Items

Individual jewellery pieces from combos/gift boxes cannot be returned or exchanged

Products bought during promotional offers, contests, clearance sales, or special schemes are not eligible for return or exchange
